A one hour one-on-one virtual meeting consisting of discussion and Reiki energy healing.
All sessions are via video chat over Google Meet (Link will be provided. No account or app is needed).

I am certified in all levels of Usui Reiki. I generally focus on the energies in and around the gut, however each individual session will be unique and will vary depending on the energy. If there is anything you would like to focus on, we can discuss at the beginning of the meeting. You can also add a note when booking.

For the session, do your best to get set up in a comfortable setting with as little distraction as possible. You can sit or lay down during the Reiki. Other than that, the only requirement is to have an open mind!
